The organizer reserves the right to cancel events for important reasons, e.g. due to short-term unavailability of speakers and failed efforts to find substitute speakers or due to force majeure.
The organizer will inform all registrants who have received confirmation of registration about the cancellation.
In the event of a cancellation of the event, any participation fees already paid will be reimbursed in full. Any further claims by the registrant are excluded.
